Verona Homes is a 59-unit condominium development located in Santa Clara, California. The three-story wood-frame buildings contain 43 townhouses and 16 flats. All of the townhouses, and first floor flats, have attached private garages on the ground floor. Private garages for the second and third story flats are located under the adjacent townhouses. Doug Elliott owner of Elliott Associates worked as a partner with Barry Swenson in a joint venture with EAH.  Project was completed in 1997.
