Town Center at Gold Beach

Town Center at Gold Beach Gold Beach Town Center is an approved mixed-use project in the heart of downtown Gold Beach, Oregon. The existing sites consist of two properties- a vacant two story office building and a deteriorated motel. The project is an adaptive re-use to convert the prime location, but underutilized site, into a mixed-use project comprising 21 residential townhomes and flats and 3 commercial spaces totaling 4,815 sf. The commercial space will be rented or sold as office condominium space. The project was unanimously approved by the Town of Gold Beach Planners in October 2006. One of the parcels is owned while the second is controlled under an option.   The site commands outstanding views of the Pacific Ocean and mouth of the Rogue River from the second floor. The commercial space is at a prime corner of town-adjacent to the City offices and the County Government Building-both of which entities are growing and need additional space.  The development is owned and managed by the joint venture of Community Builders and Nordby Development.
