The Breakers at Gold Beach is an ocean front neighborhood of 28 single-family and duet homes located in the coastal resort town of Gold Beach, Oregon.  With 180 degree panoramic views, The Breakers will offer premier resort living at the mouth of the Rogue River in a town that the New York Times listed as one of the breakout housing markets.  Homes range in size from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet and open directly out to the Pacific Ocean.  The project received Tentative Map approval in April 2006 and construction commenced Q4 2007.  The development is owned and managed by Community Builders and Nordby Development.
