Ross Court is a 13-unit townhouse development located in San Anselmo, California. The 13 townhomes are on ½ acre-achieving a 26 unit/per acre density-the densest project in the Ross Valley.  Units range from 700 to 1,000 sq feet, and offer a variety of two-bedrooms & two-baths plans.  Each has a private entry, an entry courtyard or food deck and a garage.  Ross Court won the Best in the West Grand Award at the Gold Nuggets along with numerous other awards.  Project completed 1985.
