Point Reyes Affordable Housing, is a 26 single family affordable homes, located in Point Reyes, California.. The affordable housing component includes 26 family rental apartments affordable to households with incomes below 50% of the Area Median Income. Some of the units have been earmarked for farm workers, a segment of the population in Point Reyes who are in great need of affordable housing.

For nine years, the West Marin community and EAH were partners along this journey to build these beautiful homes. The grand opening will celebrate and honor the many stakeholders, community members, funding agencies and EAH staff who championed affordable housing in West Marin.  Project completed in 2006.
