Pacific Artisans Group

Pt Reyes, CA

The Pacific Artisans property is a prime residential 16.5 acre site in Point Reyes Station near the intersection of State Route One and Point Reyes – Petaluma Road.  The property has commanding views of Elephant Mountain and the Golden Gate National Recreational Area and an unobstructed southern exposure. It is walking distance from downtown, but private and secluded.

The property is zoned for residential and commercial use and has a soon to be completed development application for five lots.  Four of the lots will be for luxury single family homes with accessory structures and one lot will be for affordable home or duplex. The homes will be up to 3800 s.f. with accessory structures, which can be a second unit, up to 1600 s.f. The lots will average 4 acres, with the affordable lot at just under one acre. There will be private open space and room for horses to graze.

The County approval process is expected to take twelve months after submittal. The project design has been created after building consensus with the Point Reyes community members and the Marin County Planning staff.

The site plan embraces the policies, goals and objectives in the Point Reyes Station Community Plan and is consistent with the zoning. The project is designed with the best practices of sustainable design and has informal community support because of the “sustainable” approach.

The site is controlled under an option agreement by Pacific Artisans Group with Doug Elliott as Sole member and manager.
