Clover Landing

Clover Landing is a proposed new neighborhood of 29 single-family homes located in Petaluma, California. The project lies on the opposite bank of the Petaluma River from Cedar Grove Park. An access road and bridge are proposed to link the two projects together. Homes range in size from 1,566 to 2,126 square feet and have three and four bedrooms. Homes are oriented both towards the Petaluma River and around a central neighborhood green. The formal project application was submitted in Q1 2007 following SPARC endorsement (Preliminary Design Review).  Community Builders is acting as the development manager for Clover Stornetta Farms.
