Cedar Grove Park

Petaluma, California

Cedar Grove Park is a proposed residential neighborhood of 63 homes located in Petaluma, California.  The 7.4-acre project runs along side the Petaluma River and is less than one-half mile from historic downtown Petaluma.  The environmental analysis and conceptual design of the site plan and homes has been completed.  Access to the site is secured via an approved new vehicular bridge over the Petaluma River.  Access is further provided via an option agreement for one home through the neighboring community to the north.  Following endorsement by SPARC (Design Review) and Parks and Recreation Committee, a formal development application was submitted to the City in Q1 2006.  Project approvals are anticipated for Q4 2008.  Cedar Grove Park is a joint venture of Community Builders, Nordby Development and North Bay Construction.
