Windsor Mill is an approved residential and live/work neighborhood of 201 homes located in Windsor, California. The 20-acre project site is bordered by Windsor Creek and railroad lines and is less a quarter mile from the revitalized downtown Windsor Village and Town Green. Community Builders, in a joint venture with Nordby Development, has purchased the site for the development of 149 multifamily homes and the sale of 52 single-family finished lots. Construction will begin in Q2 2007.
