Town Center at Gold Beach is a mixed use project of 20 townhouses and flats over 5000 square feet of retail in the heart of downtown Gold Beach, Oregon.

With panoramic views of the ocean and Rogue River, Town Center residential will offer premier vacation living, in a town that the New York Times listed as one of the breakout housing markets in the United States. Townhomes will range in size from 1500 to 2,200 square. The commercial space will be directly for local businesses. The project was approved with a Tentative Map in October 2006. Construction is anticipated to commence Q4 2007.
