The Breakers at Gold Beach

The Breakers at Gold Beach is an ocean front neighborhood of 25 single-family homes located in the coastal resort town of Gold Beach, Oregon. With 180 degree panoramic views, The Breakers will offer premier resort living at the mouth of the Rogue River in a town that the New York Times listed as one of the breakout housing markets. Homes range in size from 1,900 to 2,400 square feet and open directly out to the Pacific Ocean. The project was approved with a Tentative Map in April 2006. Construction is anticipated to commence Q4 2007.
