Santero Court

Santero Court is a 46-home neighborhood located in Cotati, California. The approved neighborhood consists of 26 single-family detached homes and 20 duplex and triplex units. Homes have been designed in a Craftsman style and include front porches, private yards and garages. The Santero Court neighborhood is centered around Pete’s Park, a community park provided as part of the project. Homes range in size from 1,070 to 1,829 square feet and have two to four bedrooms. Santero Court received unanimous Tentative Map approval from the Cotati City Council in October 2004. Standard Pacific Homes purchased the entitled project in January 2005.
