Cotati Courtyard is a 15-home neighborhood located in Cotati, California. Construction on the 15 single-family homes is scheduled to begin in the fall of 2005. The 15 homes are designed in Craftsman style and include front porches, attached two-car garages and private rear yards. Homes range in size from 1,079 to 1,274 square feet and have two to three bedrooms. Cotati Courtyard received Tentative Map approval from the Cotati City Council in October 2003. Standard Pacific Homes purchased the entitled project in May 2004.
